During that hiatus, she incessantly flip-flopped between art and science and sampled careers ranging from low-budget TV producer to novelist to IT internship director to disaster scientist.

Fun fact or interesting tidbit about yourself: I wrote a novel set in our area in the 1890s: The Summer Land, An Historical Drama from a Supernatural Time.

Any additional details you'd like to share.: I've published 10 novels, before and after a thesis involving earthquake ground motions. Meanwhile, I've raised twins, played with grandkids, and enjoyed friendships lasting more than 50 years. Also I should mention my cats.
