Short Biography About Filmmaker: Motoki Otsuka is a director and producer at Kscope Films, a boutique production company based in Santa Barbara. For over a decade, he has specialized in industrial storytelling, creating high-end branded content for global clients. His first documentary short All Things Metal premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and made the DOC NYC Shortlist for 2024. The film was acquired by Rolling Stone Films and Documentary Plus.
