Eaton is a writer/director/producer who most recently directed "David Crosby: Remember My Name," which was produced by Cameron Crowe and premiered in competition at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, where it was acquired by Sony Pictures Classics. The film went on to be nominated for a Grammy for Best Music Film and four Critics' Choice Awards—including Best First Documentary Feature for Eaton—and was hailed as "one of the best rock docs of all time" by Rolling Stone. A native of Idaho and the son of a folk musician, Eaton holds a degree in Political Science and has contributed to a fascinating array of music, film, and television projects. He is passionate about telling imaginative stories revolving around music, humanity, and the environment, and is currently in development on a number of scripted and unscripted film and television projects.
